First, the pure barley grass seeds need to be ordered online or buy from the grocery store.

The second step is to put the seeds in the cup and thoroughly fill the cup with water.  It should be left for around forty-eight hour or 2 days. Alternatively one can drain the water after eight hours and contently moisturized every day. After three days the wheat seed sprout emerges, which needs to be placed in the tray for the germination.
