Gluten Identify, Prevent Illness and Gluten Free Meal Plan


Gluten is the adhesive protein found in various grains. The presence of the gluten is the widely consumed grains like wheat is creating an immense health concern. 

The widely consumed staple food around the world often refers to, as the wheat is predominately responsible for the gluten intolerance in the human body. Although the nutrient content in the wheat is the considerable amount than the other alternative.  But due to noisome nature of gluten intolerance, there is the urgent need to consume alternative food for the one with the noisome symptoms.


Symptoms of the Glutton Intolerance


Gluten intolerance in marked by the bowel upset leading to diarrhea and constipation. Although there are various symptoms of the gluten intolerance in the various part of the body like the joint pain, depression, dizziness, and fatigue (1).


Gluten Sensitivity or Gluten Allergy


Gluten sensitivity is marked by the several symptoms. Unlike the celiac disease, the gluten insensitivity does not cause poor absorption of the nutrient. The Gluten insensitivity does not interfere with the absorption of the nutrient in the human body (2).



Wheat Allergy


This is the reaction of the protein in the wheat by the human immune system. The immune system considers as wheat protein as the potent allergens (3). 


Celiac Disease


The autoimmune disease is known as the celiac disease. This disease is marked by the corrosion of the small intestine due to reaction towards the plant protein.

The end result of this disease is the malnourishment. This is due to inadequate absorption of the nutrients by the intestine. A various disease like the anemia, osteoporosis can arise due to poor absorption of the nutrient (4). 


This is the genetical transfer disease and can be well treated with the modification of the diet.

Prevention of the Gluten Damage


The best ways to prevent the noisome effect of the gluten is to modify the diet. There are various foods available which do not have the innate gluten in it. Foods that contain gluten are Wheat Flour, Farina, Bran, Couscous, etc.

Some of the food, which is devoid of the gluten, is the Rice, Oat, Crone, Flax, Millet, Arrowroot etc.

Brown rice can be the best alternative for anyone with the gluten intolerance. Further, rice is innocuous than the wheat in terms of the allergic reaction (5).


Gluten Free Meal Plan


This is the plan in which the absolute boycotting of the gluten from the diet is done. For better result the plain needs to be at least one month. Anyone with the discomfort in the bowel movement can start the meal plan (6).
